
Pastor Childress "PC" serves as the Pastor of Development and Discipleship at Faith Church Highland. He specializes in tearing down racial barriers. He is originally from Baldwin, Michigan, and obtained his undergrad in youth ministry from Eastern University in Pennsylvania. In addition, he has earned a Doctorate in Ministry Leadership, and has a Master's Degree in Ministry Leadership from Moody Theological Seminary and a second Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy from Liberty University.
PC is married to Eunice, who is from the Dominican Republic, and they have three daughters: Natalie, Hailey, and Naomi. In his years of Christian service, Pastor Childress has served in various settings—church, school, prison, and street ministry, along with over 20 years of coaching experience. He is dedicated to helping people understand the Gospel in everyday language and life. Childress has worked with 8 different denominations and held three ordinations. He has helped hundreds of couples restore and prepare for marriage. Pastor Childress has started and worked with many organizations, sat on organizations' board of directors, and currently serves as the Executive Director of New Leaf Resources.

Judy Farwell serves as Clinical Director at New Leaf Resources and also provides counseling for children, adolescents, and adults in our Crown Point office. She brings many years of experience as a school-based and outpatient therapist, along with administrative leadership experience in special education, therapeutic day school, and residential settings. Judy has a special interest in play therapy and childhood interventions, as well as supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief/loss, and women’s issues.

Bridget worked as an Operations Manager for Opus Inspection for just under 20 years, was a Production Manager at VanDrunen Farms for 4.5 years and
I started at New Leaf in February of 2023.
She have served as a Highland Redevelopment Commissioner, formed the Highland MainStreet Counsel and the Theatre Board, and was heavily involved in fundraising, planning, event planning and management of community members and volunteers.
She is a Highland Christian School Board Member, ETC Resale Marketplace Board Member, and Highland Community Foundation Board Member
Her specialties have been management of large operations, Human Resource Management, Finance, Implementations, Operations Improvements, and Continuous Improvement and Development, Quality assurance and safety management.
Bridget lives in Highland and has 4 kids. She attends Faith Highland and participate in the Faith 12.1 running team and she teaches high schoolers in youth group.

Timothy Hill (T.J.) brings deep expertise in strategic development, stakeholder engagement, and communications to his role as Director of Development at New Leaf Resources. With more than two decades of experience spanning the nonprofit, corporate, and financial sectors, T.J. has led high-impact fundraising initiatives, built mission-aligned partnerships, and driven sustainable growth across diverse organizations. He is passionate about connecting purpose with strategy and advancing the mission of New Leaf through bold, relationship-centered development efforts.

Adum supports New Leaf Resources’ marketing and growth efforts by building a simple, scalable marketing engine. He strengthens how New Leaf shows up online and in the community; improving visibility, coordinating communications, and supporting referral relationships, while using performance insights to guide priorities. He also enhances internal workflows and systems to improve efficiency and keep marketing organized, measurable, and aligned with the New Leaf brand over time. Adum’s background spans digital marketing and go-to-market strategy, and he enjoys helping mission-driven organizations share their story clearly and connect people to the care they need.
